Description:
This seems to be a Windows 95 problem. You are looking at PracSoft Waiting Room or Patient file, and no mouse clicks or key strokes have an effect. You have probably just selected PracSoft from the Task Bar. You have started on a process but not yet completed it (e.g. adding a new patient, recording a visit etc.), but the current PracSoft window is not being shown.
Solution!
Hold down the ALT key and repeatedly click TAB until PracSoft is selected. Release ALT. The working window should now show.
NB: It is good practice to complete a PracSoft process before swapping to another program!
