• Finding a patient is only a couple of key strokes away. Simply start typing the name, the software will Search for the closest match quicker than you can type. Databases of over 250,000 patients are being used every day. Card swipes optional.
• Quick Type Pick Lists, Auto Fill data entry, Automatic Item look-up and fee choice, all enable quick accurate data entry. Simple editing features allow updating any part of your data to maintain accurate information. There is no faster software.
• Via Patient Search, Paying Accounts or Adding a New Patient only one key stroke away.

RVG Billing*

• Supports all methods of billing including RVG (Relative Value Guide), Prolonged and Time based billing.
• MultiView Anaesthetist enables accounts to coded to suit the specific requirements of anaesthetists. Billing information can be nominated by units for modifiers such as Urgency of Operation; Condition of Patient; Time of Operation and so on. These units are the tallied and multiplied by a set value to produce the account.
• The system also includes full Audit and Password protection, Flexible Banking and deposit slips, Full Third Party Accounts, Unlimited Patients and accounts.

Easy

• You can generate an account in three keystrokes via the Fast Account feature. More sophisticated Accounts only require a couple more strokes. Using smart features repeated details can be automated. Once entered, details can be copied by one keystroke.
• Other tasks like Account Reminders, Group Payments, and Banking are automated for simple operation.
• Most tasks can be achieved by pressing a function key or by pointing and clicking on the appropriate button. Being Windows based, the program operates in an intuitive manner, fast to learn and allowing you control of your business.

Word Processor

• Offers a full featured Windows based letter and report writer. The documents are stored in the Patient’s record so they are easy to retrieve. Using the Pre-set buttons you can have nine standard templates that load and auto-fill your document from any field from the database, all in one key stroke.
• The word processor includes a full medical dictionary and macros (allowing you to store and load standard paragraphs and phrases).
• Standard mail outs can be generated through easy integration with the report generator. Simply save the standard letter and use the filters to select who the recipients for the letters would be (eg: all patients over the 55, sex - female, and within 2 km of surgery).

Report Generator

• The most advanced on the market. Choose from 99 different report designs, or create your own. To Print a report to the screen or printer, takes three keystrokes. The Report Generator allows you unlimited possibilities, you can interrogate your data and do meaningful analysis on all the data in the system.
• The Report Generator allows you unlimited possibilities:
  • design (any font, any field, anywhere, logos, boxes, etc),
  • filter (by most fields, amounts, dates etc),
  • sort (by most fields amounts, dates etc).
• Export the results to Excel or other programs, or combine with the word processor to create mail outs to any combination of patients.

Stats Pages

• Statistic Pages are additional and totally customisable information pages that allow extra information to be collected. Every field can then be reported on or linked to a word processing, account design or label. These can be turned off or linked to particular account types. You can have up to 26 separate designs are available.
• Other uses for Stats Pages are:
  • Customised Patient data for accreditation,
  • Linking Clinical Information for Reports,
  • Form Filling and Automating Patient Documentation Processes.
