Appointment Book

HCN Blue Chip offers an Appointment Book that is sophisticated and flexible enough to organise a busy Specialist Practice:

Blue Chip's Appointment Book allows you to name up to 6 different types of appointments, all represented by different colours e.g. new is blue, follow-up is red, medico-legal is green etc).

Times may be denoted with a preference booking. E.g. 9am has a blue circle indicating a new patient should be booked at this time.

Multiple appointments for the same time may be viewed simultaneously (side by side), allowing single, double, triple bookings etc.

Monthly calendar provides a summary of total bookings per appointment type, for each day.

Working hour plans are set up individually for each doctor.

New plans may be created and/or changed daily.
